I’m Liz Fitzgerald. Cooking takes me to my happy place. Pot & Pantry is my escape from corporate life. I go from my office to my kitchen and spend hours creating the things that I love. Up until now my family, friends and colleagues have been the lucky recipients of my wares but I have decided, after lots of great feedback and encouragement, that its time to take the plunge.

I live in Adelaide and am currently knee deep in study as I finalise another subject in my Masters of Gastronomic Tourism at Le Cordon Bleu. I’m not really sure where this is going to take me but I have a sense of trust that the path ahead is going to be filled with food, wine and travel adventures.

I also have a hobby job (that I absolutely love!) at Coriole Vineyard in McLaren Vale. I work at cellar door a few days a month so if you find yourself in the area, please drop in to say ‘hello’ and taste our gorgeous wines or grab a platter of cheese from Woodside Cheese Wrights. Oh, we also do the BEST olives in the world. No kidding!
